There are generally two ways to get a mortgage in Canada: From a bank or from licensed mortgage professional Michele McGarvey.

Michele was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She kept in good contact. As a first time homebuyer, she made sure to keep me updated, and coached me through the whole process, even including things that more than likely, weren’t directly associated with the mortgage process.

I was forced to refinance my house to buy out my spouse when my marriage fell apart. I didn’t even know how to start and so I turned to Michele. Right from the beginning she took charge of the “delicate” and “time sensitive” nature of my situation. Her vast knowledge really showed as she was able to answer all of my difficult questions and address my concerns. She gave me options and kept me informed of how everything was progressing throughout the process.
