Michele is great to deal with, I liked the electronic document capabilities she has making a renewals or any mortgage application very easy to complete.  Michele followed up on a few problems I had with the bank and made sure these issues were corrected.  I am very satisfied and will call Michele again in 5 years for my renewal.
