We recently bought our first house and used Michele and her team for the mortgage, and I am very glad we did. Not only were we able to get a great rate, but the entire experience could not have gone smoother. Kirstie was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had during the information gathering process, and able to provide easy to understand guidance so we were able to get the right information together quickly. Once we got everything together, they were able to quickly turn around the documents and allowed us to remove our financing condition early. Finally, they remained organized and communicated with us and our lawyer through to close to make sure everything went through without a hitch. Michele and her team are unbelievable. Only way to say it. They are extremely professional and very responsive to any questions I had about the home buying process. After jumping through hoops on two prior attempts to get a property, Michele was able to create a plan and utilize her large network and knowledge of the mortgage industry to get me the best possible rates (even updated it to a lower rate after finalizing the initial agreement as it had changed in that time).
