Michele and her team are unbelievable. Only way to say it. They are extremely professional and very responsive to any questions I had about the home buying process. After jumping through hoops on two prior attempts to get a property, Michele was able to create a plan and utilize her large network and knowledge of the mortgage industry to get me the best possible rates (even updated it to a lower rate after finalizing the initial agreement as it had changed in that time). And while having to do everything virtually, I never felt out of the loop of what was going on as Michele or any member of her team were easy to reach with just one phone call.
